Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

If it is made clear that there was a fulfillment error on the end of the printing company, we will take responsibility and offer compensation like a refund or reshipment of the product. Specific conditions do apply.

Non-returnable Items:

Wrong size: We do NOT accept returns for items, products, apparel (clothing) that are the ‘wrong size’. The size information and charts are made available on most products and on all clothing items to ensure proper choice of size.

Custom personalized products: This includes items or products with a person’s name, a place or specific logo printed on them or anything else we reasonably believe falls under this category.

Gift cards: Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Eligibility For Return:

1.       Wrong item: An item clearly not purchased referring to the proof of purchase receipt.

2.       Misprinted: An item with the wrong chosen print referring to the proof of purchase receipt.

3.       Print is offset by a certain amount: Since this is a manual process, we allow a discrepancy of 0.5" - 1" on the placement of the products. If the outcome is not within this discrepancy, we consider it a fulfillment error and we'll offer compensation. A picture is required of the item spread on a flat surface in a well-lit area, with a measuring tool showing the discrepancy difference. 4.       Damaged or defective item or product: An item or product that is torn, cracked or broken and does not perform in the manner it is made to perform that clearly deems it a ‘failed’ item or product.

5.       ALL items or products will have to be proven to have the defect that meets return eligibility. Each item or product must have a picture proving its condition in a well lit area so there is no discrepancy against the claim.

6.       The item or product MUST be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items or products sent back to us without first requesting a return and meeting the return requirements will not be accepted.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure an easy exchange to get what you want is to first request a return and once accepted, return the item or product you have as soon as possible, and once the returned item or product is received, you will either be reimbursed to make a separate purchase for the new item or product, or asked to choose the new item or product which will be sent to the same address of the original item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at dawahpowah@gmail.com.

Wrong Address - If you (the customer) provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You (the customer) will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address for you.

Unclaimed - Shipments that go unclaimed by the customer are returned to our facility and the customer will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to the correct address.

European Union 14 day cooling off period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
